How I work

The hardest part is starting. Once you get that out of way, you will find the rest of the journey easier.
— Simon Sinek

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and knowing where to turn can be difficult. Deciding to begin counselling is a big step, and I truly understand how challenging it can be to ask for help. I still remember the nerves I felt before my first counselling session, which is why my goal during our initial phone consultation is to help ease any anxieties you may have. This call is also an opportunity for me to learn more about you and what has brought you to counselling.

As an integrative relational counsellor, I firmly believe that the relationship we build together is the foundation of our work. It is through this connection that I can support you in your journey toward greater self-awareness and understanding. Together, we can explore how your past experiences may be shaping your present, while staying grounded in the here and now.

Whether we meet in person or online, I offer a space of empathy, authenticity, and support. My aim is to ensure you feel heard, valued, and fully supported as we work together in the way that suits you best.

I am a qualified counsellor, experienced in working with adults aged 18 and over. I provide support for a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, loss and grief, stress, low self-esteem, lack of confidence, perfectionism, feeling lost, and relationship difficulties. My aim is to offer a warm, compassionate space where we can work together to navigate these challenges and support your personal growth.
